Recommended Requirements For Your Next Appointment:

• Please wait outside or in your car until you are called for your appointment.

• Clients cannot be accompanied by anyone else unless they are a guardian of children receiving services

• All staff and clients must wash hands prior to each appointment

• All services by appointment only
